Our culinary academy trained chef presents innovative and imaginative menus inspired by 19th c. cuisine in a manner reminiscent of the bountiful repasts of that time. Selections from the presentation in the foyer can be enjoyed in the terraced gardens, common social areas, verandas, or the seclusion of your own room, at 8:30, with early coffee at 7:30, concluding at 10am. breakfast2.jpg - 14911 Bytes

Shasta 		The six course affair features unusual and unexpected delights not found at other Inns, allowing you to savor the romanticized experience of 19th c. life, observing the niceties and etiquette of a more formal time from the more casual 21st c. Enjoy a lavish buffet geared to discriminating adult palettes beginning with orange juice,  fresh baked breads, pastries, muffins or scones. The intriguing main course and accompaniments follow. Although the selections vary daily and seasonally, they may include:
